Key Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Chief of Staff to support our Centre of Excellence Head in Vijayawada, India.

\

The successful candidate will assist with strategic planning, manage special projects, and oversee the daily operations of the Centre of Excellence. This is a full-time role that involves coordinating between internal teams, streamlining processes, and providing executive support to the Head of the Centre of Excellence.

  • Lead planning and delivery of multi-channel content programs (web, app, email, social).\
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets.\
  • Run Agile workflows for content operations.\
  • Enforce editorial quality standards (style guides, QA checklists, compliance reviews).\
  • Manage vendors and freelancers, ensuring SLAs and cost efficiency.\
  • Provide weekly status updates, risk assessments, and manage stakeholder communications.\
  • Support the Centre of Excellence Head in achieving key objectives.\
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other events as required.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, vendors, and clients.\
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.\
  • Contribute to the development of content strategies and initiatives.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Centre of Excellence Head.\
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.\
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.\
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.\
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.\
  • Represent the Centre of Excellence in external forums and presentations.\
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve skills and knowledge.\
  • Lead or participate in special projects as assigned.\
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the organization.\
  • Enhance the Centre of Excellence's reputation and credibility through professional networking and partnerships.\
  • Implement and maintain systems and processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.\
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.\
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects.\
  • Develop and maintain expertise in content creation, curation, editing, and content management.\
  • Design and implement content marketing strategies to engage target audiences.\
  • Cultivate and leverage networks to access new ideas, resources, and talent.\\
