We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at r3 Consultant. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving our performance marketing campaigns and ensuring our digital presence is engaging and effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and optimize our performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Leverage the power of WhatsApp to engage our community, automate interactions, and build campaigns that convert
  • Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns that resonate with our members and prospects using segmentation, A/B testing, and data-driven insights
  • Oversee our app's digital strategy, ensuring it is aligned with our marketing goals and optimize user experience to drive engagement and retention
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and continuously improve our digital marketing efforts
Requirements:
  • A digital marketing veteran with experience in managing and optimizing performance ad campaigns
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or others
  • Email marketing expertise, with a focus on engaging, converting, and retaining customers through effective campaigns
  • Experience in app management, with a deep understanding of how to drive downloads, usage, and engagement
  • Technical skills, including a solid understanding of HTML/CSS and WordPress, or the ability to work closely with developers to implement changes
