The Sales Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing a sales team dedicated to generating donations through various models. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve donation targets, providing guidance and training to team members, and monitoring performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a sales team to generate donations through crowdfunding, subscription-based models, and one-time contributions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve donation targets and maximize revenue generation.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to sales team members to ensure they meet performance goals and objectives.
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics, and provide regular reports and analysis using data visualization tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a nonprofit or fundraising environment.
- Strong understanding of crowdfunding platforms and subscription-based models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
