Job Description

Nursing institutions seek candidates to drive academic and administrative excellence within faculties.

This position requires strategic leadership skills, with a focus on efficient class management, examination administration, and technical training programs.

  1. Provide guidance to department heads and teachers in designing timetables for effective infrastructure and human resource utilization.
  2. Ensure timely distribution of information among students, including essential details about studies, examinations, rules, schedules, and guidelines.
  3. Act as the single point of contact for the institution to facilitate timely enrollment generation for new students.
  4. Regularly update institutional data related to teaching, learning, staff, examinations, academic programs, and circulars/notices for students on the university website and MIS.
  5. Hold regular meetings with teaching and non-teaching staff to understand challenges related to the teaching-learning process and examinations, and explore solutions with the Principal.
  6. Conduct periodic meetings with students to gather feedback on the teaching-learning process and examination conduct, and identify avenues for continuous improvement with the Principal's consultation.
  7. Assist the Principal and Dean in preparing for expert committee inspections.
  8. Organize training programs, workshops, seminars, and symposiums in collaboration with the Principal and Centre for Human Resource Development.
  9. Collaborate with the Admissions Cell to organize career awareness seminars to promote the institute's programs among prospective students.

Eligibility Criteria:

i. Ph.D. degree

ii. Professor/Associate Professor with a total service/experience of fifteen years of teaching/research/administration in Universities, Colleges, and other institutions of higher education.
