Job Description

Our organization is seeking a driven Marketing Lead to spearhead offline marketing initiatives for our centers in Durgapur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns, organizing educational seminars, and building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and local stakeholders.

The successful candidate will lead the execution of offline marketing strategies to drive student acquisition and brand awareness in Durgapur. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing ATL activities such as hoardings, radio campaigns, newspaper ads, etc.
  • Driving BTL campaigns including pamphlet distribution, kiosk setups, street activations, and local outreach.
  • Organizing and managing seminars and workshops in educational institutions.
  • Collaborating with the academic and counseling teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.
  • Tracking campaign performance and optimizing for better ROI.
  • Managing vendor relationships, logistics, and budgets for on-ground events and campaigns.
