Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Wedding Services Managers to join our team, specializing in high-end wedding services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential clients, promoting our unique value proposition, and closing sales for our premium wedding services against a token booking amount.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Promote and showcase the unique value proposition of our high-end wedding services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Develop customized proposals and quotations working in close coordination with expert wedding planners based on clients' requirements and budget considerations.
- Secure bookings for wedding services against a pre-decided token amount for booking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a successful sales pitch and meet industry-leading standards.
- Record and track sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients throughout the wedding planning process to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Flair for sales and ability to handle clients with confidence.
- Fresher or 0-1 Year of experience with a go-getter attitude.
- Develop strong knowledge of wedding services, trends, and vendors to effectively advise and guide clients.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
