Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role. A strong understanding of the interior design, real estate, ed-tech, retail, and automotive industries is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls and lead generation
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth in existing and new markets
  • Manage a large volume of outbound calls, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential customers
  • Document all call information in our CRM system
  • Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
Requirements
  • A graduate degree from any stream (10+2+3 regular education)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
