Job Title: Programmamanager/MT-lid

Job Description:

The role of a Programmamanager/MT-lid involves overseeing the entire program lifecycle, from initiation to completion. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpretation of OEM data packs and preparation of MBOM/manufacturing data
  • Monitoring end-to-end industrialization plans and coordination with supplier's shop floor
  • Proactive identification of risks and develop action plans for escalation and resolution

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical) degree and have at least 12-15 years of experience in the aerospace sector. They should also have working knowledge of computer applications (MS Excel, Project, and Presentation).
