Programmamanager/MT-lid

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager to oversee and coordinate mass production programs from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, cross-functional team leadership, and program lifecycle management. This role is critical in ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards across large-scale production initiatives.

Lead end-to-end program management for mass production projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, etc.) Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master's preferred).

· 8+ years of experience in program or project management within a manufacturing or mass production environment.

· Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.

· Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.) and ERP systems.

· PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, or consumer goods manufacturing.
