Program Planning & Strategy

Break down complex projects into actionable plans with owners and milestones.

Monitor execution against deadlines and proactively mitigate risks or blockers.

Stakeholder Management

Performance Tracking

3+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in tech/edtech/startup environments.

~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

~ Proficiency in tools like Asana, Notion, Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, or similar.

~ Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

~ PMP/Prince2 certification (optional but preferred).
