Job Title: Order Management Fulfillment Associate

Are you looking for a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills? Do you have experience in order management and fulfillment?

  • The ability to develop and retain knowledge of manufacturer requirements in order processing is crucial for timely and successful transactions downstream and upstream. This includes understanding AR, procurement, RMA, vendor management, negotiation, and other related processes.
  • Exhibit an understanding of policies and processes while exercising judgment and flexibility in their implementation. This allows for reasonable advancement of business activity without a rigid and inflexible approach.
  • Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Communicate key customer purchase terms and conditions effectively, ensuring seamless order processing and fulfillment.
  • Reconcile sales order submissions and produce valid system orders, maintaining database integrity throughout the process.
  • Possess a passion for numbers and financial data, as well as extensive product knowledge and systems knowledge, to ensure all reporting requirements are met.
  • Strong SAP Sales Distribution domain expertise in Order Management is essential.
  • Good functional skill sets in Sales and Procurement from Product-based organizations are a plus.
  • Need experience in creating/amending sales orders, reiterating components in the order, and exception management upon request from customers.
  • Candidates should have experience in SAP and be proficient in working with spreadsheets.
  • Coordinating with internal customers on a timely basis and meeting additional requirements is critical.
  • Internal coordination with Purchasing Department & Warehouse teams for smooth execution of orders is vital.
  • Understanding and responsibility for ensuring accurate intake, approval, and processing of RMA orders is essential.
