Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and resolving billing disputes. They will work closely with implementation teams to meet installation schedules and satisfy customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage order processing and billing cycle
  • Communicate key customer purchase terms and conditions
  • Reconcile sales order submissions and produce valid system orders
  • Follow the life-cycle of all orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of SAP Sales Distribution domain in Order Management
  • Good knowledge on contract review and contract-based order processing
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide reports in various formats to multiple stakeholders
