Instant Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Instant Delivery Manager to oversee and scale our swift fulfillment and final-mile delivery operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in instant delivery, final-mile logistics, and high-growth direct-to-consumer environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage instant delivery fulfillment operations, ensuring speed, precision, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design and optimize standard operating procedures for order collection, packaging, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
  • Negotiate partnerships with third-party logistics providers, final-mile delivery specialists, and dark store operators.
  • Drive inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment to minimize stockouts.
  • Collaborate with technology and product teams to integrate delivery platforms, tracking systems, and customer communication tools.
  • Analyze operational key performance indicators (OTD, fulfillment rate, cost per order, etc.) and implement process improvements.
Key Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in instant delivery, final-mile logistics, or direct-to-consumer fulfillment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing high-volume, fast-turnaround operations.
  • Strong understanding of dark store operations, inventory management, and delivery networks.
  • Experience in working with third-party logistics providers, logistics vendors, and technology integrations.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
