Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our rapid fulfillment and last-mile delivery operations. As a Quick Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing processes that ensure fast, reliable, and delightful customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in quick commerce, last-mile logistics, or D2C fulfillment, with a proven track record of managing high-volume, fast-turnaround operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams across operations, and a keen analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfillment Operations: Build and manage quick commerce fulfillment operations, ensuring speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
  • Process Design and Optimization: Design and optimize SOPs for order picking, packing, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
  • Partnership Management: Manage partnerships with 3PLs, last-mile delivery players, and dark store operators.
  • Inventory Planning and Replenishment: Drive inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment to minimize stockouts.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with technology and product teams to integrate delivery platforms, tracking systems, and customer communication tools.
  • Operational Excellence: Analyze operational KPIs (OTD, fulfillment rate, cost per order, etc.) and implement process improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Build, train, and lead teams for warehouse/dark store operations and last-mile execution.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in quick commerce, last-mile logistics, or D2C fulfillment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams across operations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize processes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of dark store operations, inventory management, and delivery networks.
