Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fulfillment Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Fulfillment Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading investigations and root cause resolutions for high-impact FBA merchant and customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead investigations and root cause resolutions for high-impact FBA merchant and customer issues.
  • Analyze large data sets to identify specific problems related to seller experience/program issues.
  • Create and implement SOPs for execution on a weekly basis to solve critical seller experience problems.
  • Report metrics related to the program and draw insights on key patterns/problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of FBA processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
