Order Management Career Opportunity">

The Order Management team is responsible for overseeing the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient order processing. This includes receiving and validating customer orders, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and validating customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness of required information.
  • Monitoring order status from creation to delivery, ensuring timelines are met and proactively identifying any delays.
  • Coordinating with internal and external teams, including Sales, warehouse, logistics, transportation, and inventory management, to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Maintaining accurate order records, updating relevant systems with order status and changes.

For this role, we seek candidates with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in order management or related fields is preferred, as well as a basic knowledge of MS Office and problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
