**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Marketing Manager with expertise across multiple facets of marketing, including media buying, social media management, and cold email campaigns.
This role is designed for a creative and data-driven leader who can strategize, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist with a proven ability to manage teams and execute on diverse strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across media buying, social media, and cold email outreach.
- Align marketing initiatives with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning.
- Lead campaign planning, execution, and optimization across all channels.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and craft compelling ad creatives.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to improve outcomes.
- Oversee social media strategy and content planning, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Leverage analytics to refine content strategies and grow follower bases.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality content for organic and paid social campaigns.
- Design, execute, and manage cold email outreach campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Develop personalized messaging strategies to target various audience segments.
- Utilize tools and platforms to track campaign performance and optimize open and response rates.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and messaging.
- Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep the team ahead of the curve.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance across all marketing channels.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
