Position Summary:

- Sarva Foam is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and drive the financial operations of the organization.

- The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy, optimizing costs, and ensuring long-term profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth objectives.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

- Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and mitigate financial risks.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and corporate governance.

- Collaborate with the CEO to evaluate and execute investment opportunities.

- Lead the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and secure funding when needed.

- Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors.

- Analyze market trends to identify expansion and profitability Education: CA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualification.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years in financial management, with 1 year in a leadership role.

- Industry: Experience in manufacturing or similar industries is preferred.

- Proven ability to scale operations and lead financial strategy.

- Strong understanding of corporate finance, tax regulations, and compliance.
