About the Opportunity

As a key member of our Supply Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by designing automation frameworks, unlocking data-driven insights, and driving analytics adoption across the business.

This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to transform data into business outcomes, streamline reporting processes, and build scalable solutions that empower decision-making at every level.

  1. Develop strategic initiatives to improve supply metrics and empower the supply team.
  2. Lead the rollout of Tableau across the supply organization, ensuring adoption and effective usage.
  3. Create and manage dashboards and reports to track KRAs and KPIs for the supply team.
  4. Deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.
  5. Automate manual reporting workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  6. Leverage tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, GenAI, and data engineering workflows to strengthen analytical and automation capabilities.
  7. Collaborate with Category, Revenue, and Ingo teams to accelerate growth in room nights and GMV.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.
