Job Title: Data Driven Growth Specialist

About this role:

As a seasoned professional in growth analytics, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive data analysis to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth. Your expertise in mobile attribution platforms, statistical modeling, and data visualization will enable you to unlock insights that fuel business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cohort analysis using AppsFlyer data to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels.
  • Develop and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process large datasets for analytical purposes.
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and align analytics with business planning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, or economics.
  • 3+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase and other data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mobile attribution platforms and statistical analysis techniques.
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Experience working as a contractor or consultant with ability to integrate into client teams and deliver results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
  • Experience with additional BI tools and cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipeline development, and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
  • Experience with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and customer behavior modeling.
  • Previous experience in high-growth industries such as mobile gaming or e-commerce.
