Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute complex marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Classic, ensuring timely delivery and precision as per client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaign execution and ensure seamless communication.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign design.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and make necessary modifications to ensure successful execution.
  • Manage communication status reporting, define standard delivery reports, and create ad-hoc reports using available tools (e.g., SQL, Adobe Campaign).
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA/BE with 1-2 years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic. Banking experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Campaign Classic, JavaScript, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, macros, and Excel functions.
  • Excellent problem-solving attitude and analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand business requirements and outline benefits.
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures effectively.
