Job Description

As a Collections Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing digital outreach strategies to improve collections performance. This role involves managing digital vendors, campaign platforms, and analytics to drive customer engagement and recovery across delinquency buckets.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will need to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, tone, and escalation protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, collections strategy, or campaign management. They will also have proficiency in campaign platforms, SQL, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
