Performance Marketing Specialist

This is a high-growth opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to drive revenue growth by designing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading digital marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring all project goals are met. This includes translating client needs and business objectives into effective digital marketing strategies, including paid search (SEM), social media, and email marketing.

The Performance Marketing Specialist will also analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for optimization. Additionally, they will create clear and concise analytical reports on campaign performance for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with proven experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). The successful candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and familiar with various digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a collaborative spirit are essential for this role. The ability to think critically and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment is also required.
