Job Title: Digital Campaign Operations Specialist

Description:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of advertising and promotional campaigns across digital platforms. This includes managing campaign setup, launch, and monitoring to ensure Service Level Agreements are met and conducting live Quality Assurance during launch.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with technical and creative guidelines while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders for operational coordination. Your duties will include validating campaign deliverables before execution, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, configuration issues, and managing support tickets.

You will also be required to prepare reports and dashboards with actionable insights as per Standard Operating Procedures, escalate content or programming errors to partner teams for resolution, monitor compliance and quality control processes, and handle operational issues swiftly and accurately for resolution.

Key Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in handling digital advertising platforms and spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools (Salesforce, Excel, AdTech platforms).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts and weekend coverage if required.
  • Prior domain knowledge in campaign operations/digital marketing is an added advantage.
