- Provide market feedback, identify trends, and contribute to pricing, product development, and promotional strategies.
Closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Experience & Skills- 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing within the flexible packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and product applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer issues professionally and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
