About the Role:

- Conduct thorough analyses of customer needs and preferences to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead the development of sales promotions, campaigns, and events to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities, and develop compelling pitches to secure funding and resources.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries to determine feasibility and convert them into quotations.
- Closing new business leads by evaluating tender requirements, potential, and financials.
- Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors to inform design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.
- Negotiate payment terms and credit limits with customers.
- Review rate contracts and finalize agreements.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies, including campaign planning, events, exhibitions, digital marketing, and web maintenance/upgrades.
- Plan and implement sales promotion activities.
- Handle and analyze confidential customer agreements.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with experience in analyzing complex data sets and developing data-driven insights.
- Experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
