Job Description:

This role is responsible for developing new clients in the respective territory to meet the business development target. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing business plans and strategy to capture new verticals.
  • Formulating marketing and sales strategies to meet organization's growth objectives.
  • Ensuring planning and efficiency in business development.
  • Being proactive in dealing with clients and enhancing company image among customers and other stakeholders.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for industrial sales, new client acquisition, key account management to increase the sales revenue by meeting target deadlines.
  • Seeking and identifying new opportunities for recycling of wastes through effective networking and market study.
  • Creating awareness among clients regarding waste disposal in Common Industrial Waste Treatment Storage & Disposal Facility.
  • Responsible for establishing the sample collection for comprehensive analysis of industrial waste and collection of industrial waste.
  • Monitoring sales and marketing related activities and liaison & compliances of clients with regulatory bodies.
  • Ensuring standardization of reports (MIS) and reporting formats for effective review and analysis.
  • Expertise in new developing & managing sales to derive the required market share & profit of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Any Graduate (Prefer science graduate / Engineer).
  • MBA with marketing as an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years in industrial sales / B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of M. S. office - desirable.
