We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Motor Insurance portfolio. As the Head of Motor Products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative, customer-centric insurance solutions.

Motivated by the prospect of revolutionizing the General Insurance landscape, you will drive end-to-end product strategy and development for Motor Insurance, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI, Machine Learning, IoT, and Data Analytics to create modern, efficient, and customer-friendly solutions.

With strong focus on Motor and/or other General Insurance lines, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop competitive and compliant offerings that meet regulatory requirements, risk appetite, and financial performance goals.

You will oversee Go-to-Market execution, digital distribution, and partnerships – including embedded insurance and usage-based insurance (UBI) models – ensuring seamless alignment with our business objectives.

A seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in insurance product development, you possess a deep understanding of insurance regulations, pricing strategies, and risk management.

To excel in this role, you should have exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Digital Specialists who share your passion for innovation and collaboration.
