Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager for Motor Insurance to join our team.

This role will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle of motor insurance offerings, from development through to post-launch analysis. The successful candidate will be the key driver in defining the product vision and strategy for motor insurance, ensuring it meets market demands and customer needs while aligning with organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Motor Insurance products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, underwriting, and claims) to drive product development and improvements.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to refine and innovate motor insurance products.
  • Product Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and functionality.
  • Implementation: Ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of the product lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and performance tracking.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Insurance Experience: Proven experience in managing insurance products, particularly Motor Insurance.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the insurance industry, with a focus on Motor Insurance.
