Job Description:

Hiring for a seasoned technical services leader to spearhead exploration programs and drive business growth in the mining division.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in geology and mining, with 18+ years of experience in planning, execution, and management of exploration projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing exploration strategies, managing budgets, scheduling, and evaluating vendors.
  • Overseeing exploration activities at various project locations, ensuring multidisciplinary geological and mining expertise is applied.
  • Maintaining data and field management protocols, adhering to specified standards.
  • Deposit evaluation, resource modeling, and reserve estimation.
  • Preparing geological reports and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field, with advanced qualifications in geology and mining. A proven track record of success in leading exploration teams and driving business growth is essential.

A strong understanding of mining regulations, laws, and best practices is required. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
