Job Description

To achieve success in this role, you will focus on driving the sales of secondary bonds and fixed income securities. This involves identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and leveraging market knowledge to drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with the sales team to facilitate deals and provide support throughout the process. Your ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner will be essential in achieving this goal.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales of secondary bonds and fixed income securities.
  • Strong understanding of the secondary bond market and related products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieving planned annual secondary bonds volume targets by facilitating deals for the sales team.
  2. Providing clarifications and required support to the team about bond sourcing, processes, and deal closures.
  3. Sourcing secondary bond rates from various market participants and preparing quotes.
  4. Sharing bond quotes with the team on a daily basis.
  5. Identifying new bond opportunities and sharing information with the team.
  6. Preparing sourcing-specific bond cash flows and facilitating deal closures by coordinating with the sales team.
Candidate Profile
  • Domain knowledge: Understanding of market pulse, trade knowledge, and B2B channel expertise.
  • IT skills: MS Office and business intelligence applications.
  • Experience and knowledge of secondary bond markets and other fixed-income securities, handling IFDs, IFA, franchisee channels.
