Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled legal professional to join our litigation team as a Senior Associate with a focus on criminal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in criminal cases before various courts and tribunals.
  • Conduct thorough research, develop case strategies, and analyze evidence for white-collar crime matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents including complaints, affidavits, responses, and pleadings related to paper-based offenses.
  • Lead Section 138 cases from initiation to conclusion, ensuring timely filing and representation.
  • Liaise with clients, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare briefs, advise clients, and manage hearings and trial proceedings.
  • Mentor and guide junior associates within the litigation team.

Requirements:

  • LLB from a recognized university; must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
  • At least 5 years of dedicated experience in criminal litigation.
  • Strong background in white-collar crime and Section 138 proceedings.
  • Exceptional drafting and communication skills.
  • Proficient in criminal procedure and comfortable handling matters in sessions and magistrate courts.
  • Self-motivated and capable of handling complex matters independently.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and client management skills.
