Strategic Client Growth Manager

We're looking for a seasoned Client Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving key client relationships forward and identifying opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales funnel and different stages. You will also be able to analyze data and translate it into a strategy to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 5-10 key client accounts and develop executive relationships with clients' leadership
  • Stay on top of clients' needs, vision, IT roadmap, and anticipated deviations
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of each account, their business, and key stakeholders
  • Accelerate partnership, revenue growth, and capture new opportunities
  • Pitch relevant services to clients
  • Identify and capitalize on new markets by developing go-to-market strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in client management or customer success roles for a software company
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into a strategy
