Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to support our Human Resources department in daily operations. The role includes recruitment assistance, employee onboarding, records management, compliance, and engagement activities.

About the Role:

  • This position plays a vital part in ensuring seamless day-to-day HR operations.
  • You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment efforts, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with employees and contribute to creating a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
    1. Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
    2. Ensure timely completion of pre-employment documentation and background checks.
    3. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
  2. Employee Records & Compliance:
    1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance tracking, and HR databases.
    2. Support payroll preparation by verifying leave and attendance data.
    3. Monitor and ensure adherence to statutory laws and company policies.
  3. Employee Engagement & Relations:
    1. Organize engaging events and activities to boost employee morale.
    2. Provide clear guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    3. Cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture.
  4. Performance Management & Training:
    1. Assist with performance evaluation processes.
    2. Coordinate training sessions and maintain records.
    3. Support employee growth initiatives.
  5. General HR Support:
    1. Draft HR-related documents (offers, confirmations, transfers, exits).
    2. Manage exit formalities, clearance, and final notice.
    3. Possess strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.

Requirements:

  • Education: 12th / Any Graduate
  • Experience: 1–3 years in HR or administration
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
