Project Manager in Chemicals and Materials

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our project management team in the chemicals and materials industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding research processes, delivering high-quality results, and driving staff performance to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and meeting budget targets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects, leveraging expertise in market assessment, cost analysis, and technology appraisal
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic proposals, refine study scope, and manage client deliverables
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, fostering open communication and trust
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in consulting, preferably in the chemical industry
  • Proven track record of developing, managing, and presenting project results to senior management
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multinational team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong organization skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Education and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Foreign language skills are an asset
