Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to assume the role of an IT Project Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and coordinate various IT projects, ensuring they are completed within scheduled timelines and adhering to established budgetary constraints.

Key Objectives of the Job:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Developing project strategies.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and maintaining all documentation appropriately for each project.
  • Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
  • Managing stakeholder views towards the best solution.
  • Chairing and facilitating meetings where appropriate and distributing minutes to all project team members.
  • Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • IT project management with basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and security.
  • Experience in handling IT security projects (3+ years).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
