Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of greenfield projects with a focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Coordinate with equipment vendors and project consultants to ensure project specifications are met.
  3. Manage all aspects of project implementation, including process equipment installation and qualifications.
  4. Ensure that project timelines and milestones are achieved while maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and manage core utilities such as water systems, HVAC, EMS/BMS, nitrogen, and compressed air.
  6. Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  7. Prepare and present periodic reports on project challenges and solutions.
  8. Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and project management skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm/M. Pharm).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in greenfield projects and USFDA/EU approved Liquid Injection Plants.
  • Strong understanding of water systems, HVAC, EMS/BMS, and core utilities.
  • Proven track record of successful project implementation and management.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
