Senior Architect Project Lead

Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale consultancy projects with full strategy oversight.
  • Manage small to mid-value projects independently — ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Prepare and review architectural documentation to meet client requirements.
  • Chair interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Perform thorough reviews of drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve design issues in MEP systems.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to prevent technical clashes.
  • Own permit application strategy and communicate proactively with authorities.
  • Enforce building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Lead submission of compliance documents.
  • Mentor architects and drafters to ensure well-coordinated outputs.
  • Uphold high-quality standards for documentation and design integrity.
  • Develop quality control protocols for coordination across projects.
Requirements:
  • Accredited degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
  • Deep experience preparing statutory documents.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and MS Office.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with MEP drawing review and quality assurance.
  • Exceptional communicator, adept at leading meetings and coordinating with clients and authorities.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and standards.
  • Registered Architect is a plus.
  • Proven skills in team leadership, mentoring, and process improvement.
