Job Title: Project Lead

We seek an experienced project leader to oversee ERP initiatives for Smart City, focusing on Property Tax and Water modules.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed specifications (SRS, BRD, FRD).
  • Explain workflows and technical details to the development team.
  • Plan tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress against timelines.
  • Manage changes, client feedback, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live readiness.
  • Provide training to end-users and ensure post-implementation support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience, including 2–4 years in e-Governance or Smart City ERP projects.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
