Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage site activities, ensuring timely execution and commissioning of wind projects.

  • Plan and execute daily site tasks based on project plans and protocols.
  • Coordinate the movement of heavy machinery and equipment.
  • Supervise the installation of wind turbines, ensuring alignment with technical specifications.
  • Allocate work to contractors and engineers; monitor labor, tools, and resources.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and verify material readiness, safety, and compliance.
  • Ensure proper execution of internal connections and survey-based layouts.
  • Coordinate contractor attendance, skill verification, and toolbox talks.
  • Support customer inspections and ensure timely sign-off of milestones (completion certificates).
  • Resolve project queries through cross-functional coordination.

Tech Expertise:

  • Validate crane movement routes and ensure lift planning is in place.
  • Verify the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities.

This role requires relevant experience in wind project management and a willingness to work across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and coordination skills, as well as the ability to resolve complex project issues.
