Operations Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee and streamline inspection and quality operations in renewable energy projects, specifically solar and wind energy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead inspection operations for solar and wind energy projects across manufacturing, installation, and commissioning stages, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
  • Implement and enforce Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) protocols to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Optimize manpower allocation across multiple project sites to ensure efficient resource utilization and minimize costs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and delivery standards are met, driving long-term partnerships and mutual benefits.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for project coordination and issue resolution, fostering open communication and resolving conflicts efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on inspection progress, project timelines, and quality status to stakeholders, providing transparent insights and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in QA/QC, inspection, or operations in renewable energy, with a proven track record of success.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of solar PV systems and wind turbine components, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with national and international QA/QC standards for renewable energy, ensuring compliance and certification.
  • Proficiency in inspection tools, checklists, and documentation, utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
