Food and Beverage Operations Manager">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality, service, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue growth
  • Manage budgets and control costs to ensure profitability
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance and training to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage areas
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
