Role Overview:

The Associate Director of Production leads a dedicated vertical, overseeing end-to-end production processes and client relationships.

This role ensures seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final asset delivery across digital and traditional media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage all stages of production projects within the vertical, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients within the vertical, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Creative Producers, fostering their professional growth and effective project management.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal and external processes, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of creative and production output, meeting client expectations and brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
