**Job Description**

The Opportunity

We are seeking a transformative leader to build and scale our Ocean & Air product vertical in India. You will take full ownership of one of the largest and most critical P&Ls in the company.

This is not a maintenance role - it's a build-and-scale mandate, where you'll shape procurement strategy, pricing, carrier partnerships, and commercial operations from the ground up.

You'll have the resources, global backing, and direct CEO visibility to put your mark on the industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a sizeable Ocean/Air P&L and team
  • Design, build and price our Ocean/Air marketplace coverage
  • Lead a large diverse team of leaders
  • Execute Global Carrier Strategy and Development on Regional Trade Carrier Strategy
  • Procure competitive market rates and manage yield
  • Be responsible for responding to tenders and RFQs to secure regional and global customers
  • Actively support sales and marketing organization with market information, sales leads and joint sales visit
  • Educate teams with trade specific market knowledge
  • Scale ocean and air freight for the biggest region
  • Own air growth by leading a team to drive business development throughout the region
