We are seeking an experienced Senior SDET to lead our test automation efforts in a BFSI environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and functional needs.
  • Translate product requirements into effective test scenarios and cases.
  • Develop test strategies and plans for new features and enhancements.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
  • Perform functional automation, assist with unit testing, API testing, security testing, DevOps and performance testing, and stress test activities.
  • Prepare and maintain test reports.
  • Mentor the team in automation design, best practices and implementation.

Candidate Profile Must Include:

  • 8+ years of SDET experience with exposure to Settlement or Capital Markets.
  • Strong understanding of trade life cycle and related financial processes testing.
  • Proven ability to lead requirement discussions and derive test cases independently.
  • Familiarity with test management tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in testing REST API's and messaging solutions, relational/NoSQL database concepts, and framework ownership.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
