Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee client-facing CGI campaigns from concept through delivery in a fast-paced agency environment. This position involves managing the entire lifecycle of CGI and creative campaign delivery, including kickoff, milestones, reviews, and handover.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as primary contact for clients, conducting briefings, providing status updates, and managing expectations. Additionally, they will coordinate internal and vendor teams, including CGI artists, designers, and strategists, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Key responsibilities include tracking and overseeing project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and profitability. The ideal candidate will also identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to increase account revenue.

In this role, you will utilize digital tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Trello, or CRM systems for planning and collaboration. Proficiency in project coordination using digital tools and clear timeline and budget tracking is essential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of project or account management experience within advertising, creative, or CGI production agencies.
  • Strong client servicing and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project coordination using digital tools and clear timeline and budget tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with CGI production pipelines or workflows.
  • Exposure to integrated campaigns including digital, traditional, ATL, and BTL channels.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile methodology.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with revenue accountability or campaign growth responsibility.
