Project Oversight Role

This position offers a dynamic opportunity for an individual to lead project coordination at Foxsense Innovations.

We seek a skilled and experienced professional to manage our company's ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with cross-discipline team members, identifying and resolving issues, submitting project deliverables, and establishing effective communication plans.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met.
  • Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Submit project deliverables that meet quality standards.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
  • Facilitate change requests to inform stakeholders of impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
  • Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  • Manage customer satisfaction during the project transition period.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

In this role, you will work closely with your team to ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are met. You will also have opportunities to lead medium-sized projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document best practices for project management.

First 30 Days:

During your first 30 days, you will familiarize yourself with the company's mission, workflows, and project management tools. You will review ongoing projects and meet with cross-functional teams to understand goals and challenges. You will take ownership of a small project to gain hands-on experience with our processes.

Next 30 Days:

In your next 30 days, you will lead a medium-sized project, collaborating closely with the team to meet deadlines. You will establish communication plans and begin optimizing project workflows. You will conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and suggest improvements. You will document and implement best practices for project management.
