Job Opportunity

The role of a Senior Project Manager involves leading complex, high-impact projects from inception to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, business, operations, and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Provide transparent reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior project managers to strengthen the project management function.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
