Job Title: Design Project Lead

The role of a Design Project Lead involves coordinating design activities and ensuring timely delivery of projects. This key member of the design department will be responsible for overseeing project planning, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and comment on designs furnished by consultants
  • Apply value engineering principles to optimize design details from cost and safety perspectives
  • Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders, including services consultants, clients, and internal teams
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling AutoCAD drawings, including reading, writing, modifications, and changes
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as Project Management, Contracts, Engineers, and EHS
  • Track design deliverables, including concept design, GFC drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines
  • Organize design meetings for smooth coordination and circulation of Meeting Minutes
  • Prepare documentation, including MOMs, bar charts, manpower planning, material planning, DPR, WPR & MPR, cash flow statements, tracking tools like S-curves, EV analysis, value engineering, risk logs, delay logs, and documentation like drawing trackers and site-related case studies

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Real Estate Construction Sites (high-end residential, Hotel & Commercial) is mandatory
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Construction Project Management for Real Estate sites
