  • Our team is seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead the execution of engineering activities within a technical area of expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical quality and meeting site/project objectives.
">About This Role">

The Engineering Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. They will also be responsible for supervising plant engineering teams, providing technical assistance, and ensuring that maintenance, repair, and modification activities are undertaken effectively.

">Main Responsibilities">
  1. Ensure compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines by implementing preventive maintenance plans and corrective repairs to equipment problems.
  2. Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects, executing and following up on any infrastructure/civil work tasks in the production plant.
  3. Supervise change over operations for production equipment to improve productivity, coach and motivate new team members, and be responsible for personal and professional development.
  4. Perform project HSE management and execute project safety stops/reviews, ensuring projects are developed through their various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation.
  5. Apply state-of-the-art technical solutions according to compliance standards and HSE regulations.
  6. Obtain permits for maintenance/calibration/projects and execute work orders for maintenance/calibration as per method statement/procedure.
  7. Document calibration execution and support building organizational culture in line with Sandoz values.

  • You must have experience in OSD Oncology facilities in a reputable pharmaceutical company.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory capacity.
  • Experience handling containment machinery.
  • Operations Management and Execution Collaborating across boundaries Functional Breadth.
